At Adina Developments we want to build homes not just houses. With energy shortages a possibility in all our futures, our mission is to build homes that are energy proofed for years to come.

All of our homes have been designed with energy efficiency in mind, to save you money as the homeowner, while not compromising on space or luxury living. Subject to normal usage and normal weather conditions, over a 12 month cycle our houses are calculated to produce the same amount of power as they use – photo voltaic electricity produced should match the electricity consumed, although this will include purchasing electricity from the grid on the darkest days and selling electricity to the grid on the sunniest.

In addition to our eco-friendly energy efficient equipment, Adina Developments have designed each house to be insulated to the highest possible standards giving insulation value ratings as low as 0.1 and the houses a SAP rating as high as A.

The combination of build method and equipment make these homes some of the most energy efficient homes in the country. They provide spacious modern family homes with the latest technology for comfortable living.
