All plots offered by Adina Tailor Made come with approved planning permission, so the footprint of the home & some external finishes cannot be changed, however the internal configuration can be amended to fit your specific needs. (Subject to limited structural changes)

If you choose an Adina Tailor Made home, we will start you off with plans drawn up by our architects that we think best works for the space as well as CGIs to show you what your dream home could look like. We will then work with you to ensure that each room fits your specific needs and customise the build as needed, as well as choosing all of your final finishes to get the desired look and feel for your dream home. We will then manage the process of your custom build and help you through every stage.
What does it cost? Well that largely depends on what changes you require. If drastic structural changes are needed to achieve your dream, there would be costs for architects and possibly additional build costs, but we would work through every stage with you to fully detail the requirements.
Can I up spec the finishes? Of course you can! This is your home after all. We will set budgets and high standard specifications for all internal finishes, but if you want something very specific, we can work with you to achieve it. If there are extra costs they would be discussed upfront with committed agreement before the build starts.
